Amanda Dominguez is a management and political consultant with over 5 years of key experience in media, sustainable development, public relations, and business process re-engineering. Amanda's work around the Philippines, in the United States, and in the Amazon has brought targeted technological solutions, bolstered creativity, and has enabled arts education and cultural preservation among the youth in marginalized communities. Through her current role with the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community she collaborates on youth-led initiatives to improve Metro Manila. She received her undergraduate degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University where she explored the relationship between culture, knowledge and power with a focus on cross-cultural communications and media. In her free time, Amanda reads graphic novels, scuba dives, and re-watches Gilmore Girls and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
